30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return for any reason.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
.In the same condition as received
.Unused and in its original packaging
.With all accessories and protective films intact
.Accompanied by your proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
1. Contact us at support@kelvc.uk within 30 days of receipt
2. We will provide you with the return address
3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for ensuring the package arrives safely at our returns centre
4. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and refunds are for the product cost only.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at support@kelvc.uk. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our expense, including covering return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, ear tips that have been removed from their sealed packaging cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK Consumer Law. You have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty or not as described.
